Reservation
When making a reservation in the restaurant via website, you must provide your basic data, such as e-mail address, name and phone number.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data provided during the reservation process is taking action (consisting of reserving a table or other place for you) at your request, before concluding the contract for the provision of catering services.
Your personal data provided during booking is processed until you arrive at the restaurant and use our services (conclusion of the contract for the provision of catering services).
You can decide to delete your data at any time, which will be tantamount to canceling a reservation for you in our restaurant.
Newsletter
Via website www.thepianorouge.com.pl you can subscribe to the newsletter containing information about new products, promotions, concerts and other events related to the life of the restaurant. In order to send a newsletter, your personal data regarding your name, surname and e-mail address are processed.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent expressed by selecting the relevant content of the checkbox when subscribing to the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time by giving up receiving the newsletter.
The data is processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you opt out of receiving the newsletter, which will delete the data from the database.
